Essential Functions: Assist RAs in preparations for the reviews, contacting and completing follow up activities with reviewers, organizing and mailing review materials to the reviewers, if necessary entering data into the Agency's SGIMS database at various stages in the peer review process, including the budget information, scores, codes for various purposes, and the final summary statements, and logging in and screening applications. For onsite reviews, the GTA will be responsible for assisting the RA set up materials prior to the meeting in the morning; making changes to the written document as the reviewers speak, and remaining onsite until the work is complete.
