General Dentist
Quality Community Health Care, Inc. (QCHC) has a full-time opportunity available for a General Dentist at our Lehigh location. QCHC has been providing affordable primary medical and dental services to North Philadelphia residents for over 25 years. The qualified candidate will ensure the delivery of quality dental care to all patients.
Responsibilities:
· Provide basic, preventive, endodontic, restorative, periodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery services to all patients.
· Formulate and implement dental treatment plans.
· Accurately complete and maintain patient charts.
· Participate in the development of the annual dental health care plan.
· Participate in developing and conducting community dental and health projects.
· Provide emergency telephone coverage.
· Work cooperatively with other providers and dental staff.
Position Requirements:
· Current State of Pennsylvania License or ability to obtain one.
· Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry.
· Current DEA and CPR certification.
