Yoh Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Nurse or LVN to work on site for our customer in Sylmar, CA conducting pre-employment screenings, treating minor injuries and Case Management for work related injuries. We are looking for an RN or LVN experienced working in a corporate environment creating and administering health and safety programs. Job Responsibilities: • Develops and administers site-specific employee first aid treatment and wellness programs designed to reduce employee time away from work and improve employee health/productivity. • Provides and coordinates care with a focus on achieving quality of care delivered in a cost effective manner. • Interprets, evaluates, recommends changes in, and as directed, implements site and HR specific occupational health policies, practices and procedures to accomplish assignments and resolves a broad range of issues and problems. • Takes initiative and assumes responsibility to improve the efficiency and quality in the various services provided; develops and implements best practices to reduce worker’s compensation and medical benefits costs and improve compliance.Requirements: • Must have CA RN or LVN LicenseIf you are interested, please send resume in WORD format to Jennifer.yerkes@yoh.com .
