Front Office Medical Admin Assistant

On Assignment Healthcare Staffing is in search of an experienced, mature, friendly and customer service oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to fill a need for our client, located in the Beautiful Coastal area of Newport Beach CA.Ideally, candidate will possess at least 3 or more years recent and stable work experience, specifically in a Medical Office Setting. Prefer a candidate that has prior experience in Gynecology, Urology or Surgical practice, but will consider other experience as well. Ability to work with a mature patient base, showing patience, compassion and understanding.Position duties include greeting patients, check in, insurance verification, filing, medical records maintenance, scheduling appointment and answering phones.
