Financial Analyst, Cash Application (276754-763)

The Cash Application Supervisor is charged with maximizing cash flow by ensuring all cash is received and posted as well as ensuring beneficiaries electronic fund transfers requests are processed accurately and timely. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing 3 clerks as well as generating reports and performing analysis on all accounts receivable.

1.Responsible for processing, posting and reconciling cash received to the cash posted in the billing system.

2.Creating and distributing Accounts Receivable reports to management as required.

3.Maintain procedure documentation on the automated processing of cash, manual posting of cash and reversals.

4.Assist in ad hoc assignments when needed.

 Required Skills:

1.Proficient in Excel and Access required

2.Ability to work independently

3.Must be well organized and able to multi-task.

4.Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to formulate professional and timely responses

5.Team Player

6.Knowledge of Medicare Part D beneficial but not required

 Experience Required:

5-7 years experience in an accounting/finance area

Bachelors of Business degree, preferably finance/accounting required
