POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst – Business Development that will be responsible for supporting the development of feasibility analyses and pricing models for prospective clients, including the following services: Pharmacy, Health Centers, Occupational Health, Disease Management and Wellness and Fitness. This new position will be located in our corporate office in Nashville, TN.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Uses knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims to analyze prospective client data and summarize in informative reports and analyses. Manipulates varying data formats in order to perform analysis, utilizing data in varying formats and multiple software to perform analysis (Access and Excel). Presents financial data in Pro Forma and Return on Investment proposal to illustrate the feasibility of proposed project Works with all ancillary services to allow integration with business proposals where appropriate. Maintains healthcare benchmark library to ensure and improve accessibility and level of information available to both the Client Reporting and Feasibility groups. Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as necessary for higher-level sales and pipeline projects. Interact on a regular basis with internal customers, including but not limited to, Line of Business leaders, Director of Client Operations, Sales & Account Development team and Finance & Accounting Management team. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline, preferably Finance. Minimum 2 year's experience in the healthcare industry or “business to business” service industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with budgets, financial reports, utilization summaries and client reports. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities and degree of completion. Ability to interface with all levels of client and consultant contacts and Take Care Health Solutions management and staff in a professional manner. Proficient with Microsoft Office package, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
