Field Recruiter American Specialty Health, Incorporated (ASH) We are seeking a Field Recruiter for our office in Jersey City, New Jersey. The primary function of this position is to recruit providers to participate in ASH Network, educate provider and office staff of ASHN administrative guidelines, problem solve and  travel within state as well as nationally, up to 80% of the time, for face to face meetings. EDUCATION:· Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE:  · Minimum three years experience in managed care or health care; experience with health care recruiting or contract negotiations preferred.  · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access required.· Valid residential state drivers license with good driving record.
