And that's not all... to learn more visit our website at www.stericycle.com today!We are currently seeking a Field Processing Assistant to assist the Field Processing Manager in all logistical activities related to the Field Representatives who travel onsite to service our Individual/Chain Pharmacies and Acute Care Pharmacy customers (PAC). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, review and process Field Representative expense reports on a weekly basis. Reconcile expense reports (review, email tech with discrepancies, research discrepancies with reimbursement or terminated techs). Maintain weekly expense log. Notify the Field Processing Manager of any nonstandard expenses needing approval. Schedule onsite services for pharmacy customers including: contacting the customer to confirm service and coordinating Field Representative travel schedules for final approval by Field Processing Manager. Responsible for maintaining field service representative schedule and accuracy of document. Responsible for creating and updating projects in web-application for field services team. Responsible for maintaining field services customer database in web-application. Review and log CII errors by field representative to help identify trends and training opportunities. CII errors are identified and communicated to the Field Processing Assistant by the processing facilities. Review and maintain DEA 222 verification log on a weekly basis. Work with Field Representatives to ensure the accuracy of the data for the DEA. Distribute Service Manager reports daily to various departments. Perform other related duties as required or requested. Two or more years of administrative experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, MapPoint, Access, and the Internet.
