 Facility Description:

Wilford Hall Medical Center is the largest medical facility in the Air Force.  The hospital provides medical care to beneficiaries in the south-central United States and offers specialty care to patients worldwide.  Wilford Hall has, on average, 16,000 inpatient visits each year and more than 700,000 clinic visits.  It also serves as the National Center of Excellence for a number of programs. This facility offers the only programs for allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and is the sole eye bank in the military.
