FRANCHISE SALES COORDINATOR

Synergy HomeCare is looking for a dynamic, strategic franchise development coordinator for the sales of new franchises in the US. This opportunity has advancement possibilities, as Synergy HomeCare is a rapidly growing franchisor. Currently company goals are set for 450 offices by the end of 2015.

We have approx. 125 to 150 qualified leads per month who contact us directly for Synergy HomeCare opportunities.  Interviews will be conducted during the month of September 2008. 

 

Responsibilities:

 Respond to all lead inquiries generated through current lead generation sources Conduct discovery day sessions in our Gilbert, AZ Corporate Headquarters Collect and process applications from prospects Clear franchise prospect territory for purchase Transition closing process to directorAssist in improving our franchise system, forms, advertising, web site and FDD Report pipeline metrics as needed Travel required as necessary 

 

Requirements

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in selling franchise opportunities both over the phone and in person Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions, bonuses with great benefits. Prospective candidate must come from the franchise sales environment (Service Franchises Preferred).
