Job Description:



We are seeking someone in a Full-Time capacity to support our finance department, as well as to perform general administrative tasks for the organization.​ The Administrative Assistant will:

Process vendor payables in Quickbooks

Perform bank reconciliations in Quickbooks

Scan and upload checks to bank website

Make occasional bank runs

Track credit card purchases

Review and organize travel expenses

Manage petty cash and purchases

Correct time sheets & generate reports utilizing OpenAir software

File and organize contract documents

Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets as needed

Answer and forward telephone calls

Greet customers and visitors upon arrival

Perform other tasks as assigned



This is a fast paced environment and this individual will be expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously.​



Requirements:



0-2 years of experience in an office setting

Tech savvy (Outlook, Excel, Word) and good with numbers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be extremely detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics

or related field is required



Starting salary for this opportunity ranges between $35K-$40K, along with a generous benefits package.​
