The eye care Oregon location manager will coordinate with optometry, ophthalmology, and labor partners to develop and administer regional eye care service goals and objectives accountable to the optical leadership team.   Success in this role will require a candidate possessing a baccalaureate degree in business management, ABO certification or compliance with Washington dispensing optician licensure requirements (or within one year from date of hire), and three to five years of successful management experience in optical retail or a related environment (within the last ten years). Requires thorough knowledge of optical dispensing technology and practices, familiarity with optometric and optical terminology, a firm understanding of ANSI/OSHA and similar federal/state standards governing prescription eyewear, and knowledge of marketing/sales strategies.
