Experienced Business Manager needed in our Doral office

The Institute for Family Centered Services is seeking candidates for the position of Business Manager for our offices located in our Doral, FL office.

 

Prior experience in supervision of medical billing, especially Medicaid as well as grant billing, and collections is required. Finance and reimbursement background are also required

 

Business Manager Responsibilities include:

 

Oversight of Accounts Receivable and Contract Compliance including:

§  Billing

§  Collections

§  Prior Authorization

§  Screening and preparing referral applications

§  Other contract required data entry (region/county specific)

§  Follow up for accounts receivable reports

§  Data input for all contract sources  

 

Human Resources:

§  Checking references and employment history for counselor candidates

§  Creation of and maintenance of personnel files

§  Enter employee information such as training, updated salary information, and terminations into company software package.

§  HR paperwork to corporate for new hires and terminations

§  Following up with employees on collecting IFCS property upon termination

 

Office Administration:

 

§  Opening and managing mail

§  Petty cash

 

Qualified candidates must also possess:

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Extensive experience with Microsoft Word and Excel)

Must be detail oriented and able to work accurately and independently
