Administrative office of Health facility needs an experienced

Administrative Assistant to support Director and senior staff.

(Current  experience 2+ yrs with a College degree in academic, healthcare, publishing or

medical preferred!)


-Lots of variety, using Word for correspondance

reports,etc Excel is for tracking budget expenses, statisitics and

monthy data.


-PowerPoint will be used for presentations as needed.

-Proven communication skills, detail orientation and ability or

experience with confedential information is necessary for

this high volume position.
