Executive Director - Marysville / Yuba City
Premier assisted living and skilled nursing company is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to manage their assisted living community (with dementia unit) in the Yuba County area. Beautiful community and great location. The person in this role will be responsible for operations, overseeing marketing, budgets, financials, customer service, quality of care and managing all departmental directors.
The ideal candidate will be a positive leader that can overcome challenges, motivate people and inspire staff. Good margin management and an great aptitude for marketing are also key skills. This building has huge potential, but is challenged currently. The Executive Director will need to turn it around and increase occupancy.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience managing assisted living or long term care community or facility;
* Experience in doing a "turn around" with a challenged building is a plus;
* current RCFE Certification with good understanding of Title 22 regs;
* Excellent management/ leadership skills;
* Knowledge and experience with budgets and P&Ls;
* Great verbal and written communication skills;
* Basic computer literacy;
* Desire to get involved in local professional organizations, and community events;
* Must be passionate about working with seniors!
Compensation:
Salary+ Bonuses-Based on Performance
