Executive Assistant/Office Manager for growing healthcare consulting firm

Growing healthcare consulting company is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for their growing healthcare consulting firm. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager must have a healthcare or medical office background.

Responsibilities include:

- Calendar management, reconcile, confirm all appointments.

- Gate keeping, answering CEO phone and prioritizing importance.

- Travel arrangements, domestic and international, airfare, hotels, car service.

- Billing and Maintaining Medical Records & Patient Data.

- Writing correspondence and emails, following up with clients and business associates.

- Handling special projects.

- Meeting clients, Managing the office, Purchasing of Office Supplies

This position requires an ambitious and proven executive  assistant with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Ability to multi-task and work on a deadline are very important.

- 2 plus years experience

- Strong skills set

- Detail oriented, double confirming everything

- Anticipation of needs and schedule

- Can do attitude

- Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook).
