Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required, healthcare experience helpful. Support the CEO and all headquarters' employees Travel arrangements, meeting, conferences & events planning Manage inventory system Provide all Administrative support:filing, phones, fax, mail, shipping, ordering supplies and other duties as assigned Act as office manager Update/maintain patient database and mailing lists Prepare and maintain all educational materials and promo items
