Executive Administrative Assistant
Northstar Healthcare, a full-scale Ambulatory Surgical Center development and management company seeks candidates for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to support our corporate management team. We are located @ Highway 59 and Wesleyan.
Candidates must demonstrate an upbeat attitude and outgoing personality, as well as exceptional communication, organization and computer skills to support our management team.
Key responsibilities include daily support of executives involving coordination of schedules, correspondence, travel, presentations, documentation and all administrative matters; includes maintenance of official corporate records and execution of administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with corporate officials.
Communication, professionalism, problem-solving and time management skills are critical in this position.
Education
Position requires a minimum of two years of college coursework, preferably in a business or financial degree program. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. Professional certification via IAAP and/or equivalent experience is also acceptable.
Experience
Minimum of two years as executive level administrative assistant required. Three to five years in a similar position with like responsibilities preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
