WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING NURSING POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 

1. Georgia licensed Registered Nurse - Russian Speaking

Дипломированная в Джорджии  русскоговорящая  медсестра (RN)

MedSide’s Registered Professional Nurses (RN) supervise the provision of medical oversight to ensure that each client is served effectively and safely in their home.  Responsibilities include:

§ Initial evaluations, periodic re-evaluations and progress notes on each client’s medical needs

§ Development, coordination and revision of each client’s Care Plan

§ Assignment of tasks to non-licensed personnel

§ Training and evaluation of non-licensed personnel

 

2. LPN/RN Hospital Liaison has the following requirements:
In addition to the Qualifications listed below, this position requires:

§ 100% Travel

§ Must have Sales and Marketing Experience

§ Availability of Reliable Transportation

§ Bilingual Russian and/or Spanish is a plus

§ Ability to communicate with Hospital Discharge Planners is a plus

§ Experience as a Hospital Liaison is a plus

§ Ability to generate new referrals

3.  RN Case Manager: 

In addition to the Qualifications listed below, this position requires:

§ The ability to take full control of the patient’s case and manage all care treatments and visits according to the Physicians Plan

 

4.  Nursing QAQI / Educator:

In addition to the Qualifications listed below, this position requires:

§ One year’s experience in Home Health

§ BSN

§ Two years of Management and Education Experience

§ Travel up to 50%

§ Familiarity with Microsoft

§ Bilingual (Russian/Spanish) preferred

§ Previous IT / Visio experience

§ Periodic Chart Audits preferred

§ Preparing Educational Materials preferred

§ OASIS Education preferred

 Qualifications:

§ Graduate of an approved Professional Nursing Program

§ Current licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the State of Georgia

§ Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing, ability to communicate in Russian is a plus.

§ Be eligible to work in the U.S.A.

§ Possess a caring and understanding attitude toward individuals who are elderly, disabled or frail

§ Experience working with older populations is preferred

§ Be flexible and tolerant of varied lifestyles

§ Strong assessment and documentation skills

§ Current CPR certification

§ Have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, often under pressure, and be flexible to changes in priorities

§ Ability to travel throughout the Metro Atlanta counties of Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb & Gwinnett
