has an exciting opportunity available for the following position:

Director of Case Management (RN)

In this leadership role, you will provide direction for the administration & ongoing development of Case Management operations. You will also provide supervision of case management staff and develop ongoing quality measurements for case management outcomes.

Qualified candidate must have a PA RN license with at least 5 years’ clinical case management experience and 2 years’ in a management role.  A certified Case Manager is preferred. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who will embrace our culture, and grow with the company!
