Supporting the eligibility Systems Analyst with error resolution, record updates and eligibility reconciliations. Service requests processing in coordination with Claims and Intake departments. Filing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures. Perform other related projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications:Requirements: High school education 1 year of experience in eligibility reconciliation and processing 1 year of experience in healthcare working for a provider or a carrier Intermediate level of word, excel, and outlook ability to work at least 40 hours a week and 5-10 hours of overtime during the open enrollment season of October to January Ability to work against measurable matrixes and have good time management skills Assets: Experience using Access Experience using FACETS Ability to type at least 45 words per minute MBA/BS degree Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:  equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V  United Group is a drug-free workplace.  Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
