Yoh Health Care has multiple positions available for ER RN Case Managers to work in an acute care setting in Daly City.There are two weekend night shift openings, and one part-time day shift opening.The ER RN Case Manager will: • Perform Utilization Management of inpatient and outpatient health care service. • Will act as a clinical liaison between physician, hospital and payers.Qualifications: • CA RN license. • Previous experience with InterQual a must. • Previous experience in an acute care setting. • Previous case management, utilization review or utilization management experience, and knowledge of discharge planning.Discover all that’s possible with Yoh Health Care.
