EOB (Explanation of Benefits) Tracking Coordinator

‘Simplifying the Process of Care’ is our primary mission. As a EOB Tracking Coordinator you will be working in a fast pace, growing, and challenging work environment. Your valuable role and focus will be to handle, track, monitor and record the incoming mail.

In this important role, you will copy and scan mail; update addresses; resend correspondences; answer incoming calls; assist with the re-bill process and help simplify our process.

 Identify, copy and scan incoming mail dailyTrack, monitor, and record all incoming mail volumePrint and mail all 60-89 past due invoices within department and quality standardsUpdate addresses, via return mail and resend correspondenceIdentify and communicate to management team incoming mail trendsPrint various ‘print jobs’, via the print queue, while meeting and exceeding department standardsAnswer all inbound call from Clients while meeting and/or exceeding Service Levels Goals Communicate TH’s value by using benefit presentation statements to ADJ, or various Medical Professionals, when discussing claims and billing issues.Identify, set, communicate and record expected follow up dates w/Adjustors and othersProvide status updates, to clients, on claims while maintaining or exceeding Quality StandardsResponds to mail, email, and faxes while meeting and/or exceeding Service Level goalsParticipate and coordinate efforts to allow a teamwork environment

 High School Diploma (or equivalent) requiredMinimum 2 yrs of postsecondary education or 2 yrs equivalent work exp.Proficient in computer window-based program w/excellent navigation skillsProven ability to utilize phones skills to create/present value for the companyExcellent writing and communication skillsProven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast pace, high volume, environmentAbility to multi-task and works well under pressureExcellent Attendance and Performance History for the last 12 months
