ENTRY LEVEL STAFFING COORDINATOR!
Concentric Healthcare Solutions, Arizona’s fastest growing Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting Firm, as an exciting opportunity for an Allied Healthcare Staffing Coordinator in our Old Town Scottsdale location.
Staffing Coordinator Job Summary:
-Responsible for staffing external employees on both per diem and long term assignments
-Manage new and existing clients by obtaining and filling open positions with qualified candidates
-Coordinate staffing to achieve profitability and help attain office sales goals
-Create and maintain positive working relationships with all clients to ensure client satisfaction
-Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Responsibilities include:
-Responsible for the staffing of external employees on both per diem and long term assignments
-Manage and build rapport with current and potential clients as well as current employees
-Keeping up to date credentials of employees and maintaining up to date personnel files
-Create and maintain a positive working relationship with both clients and employees
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree Required
-Healthcare staffing experience preferred
-Ability to work in both a team and individual atmosphere in a fast paced environment
-Ability to take instruction and catch on quickly
-Ability to multi task and meet dead lines
-High level of energy and strong sense of urgency are mandatory
-Able to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
-Proficient in Microsoft office and computer knowledge
