EMR Integration Analyst
The Integration Analyst will be responsible for building, testing, and providing ongoing support of all interfaces between physician practices, specialty systems and GE Centricity's EMR and PM systems. In addition, the Integration Analyst will be responsible for managing the development and support of GE Centricity's technical architecture related to data integration, this includes but is not limited to the following systems: DTS, MIK, Rosetta Stone, DocuTrak Scanning, scripting, faxing and e-prescribing. The applicant must be able to manage complex projects and effectively communicate application/interface information, process changes, and technical requirements to physicians, practice staff, hospital management, and others involved in the project.
Qualifications: Generally requires a bachelor's degree in related field. A combination of education, skills and experience will be considered. Requires 3 year experience in a healthcare information systems environment. Must have knowledge of ambulatory EHRs and hospital applications, vendors, and strategies. Experience managing projects a plus. Previous experience building and testing HL7 interfaces is required. Experience using GE Centricity, Interface engines, SQL, Crystal Report Writer, Oracle, VB.Net and/or Meditech is required.
