Position Description:
ECC-Nurse Liaison needed for New London County – ConnecticutEstablish a strong marketing presence in targeted hospitals within a geographic area. Facilitate the flow of patients from Acute Care providers into Genesis HealthCare, regardless of payer source. Genesis HealthCare is defined as the Genesis HealthCare Line and any owned, managed, joint-ventured, and/or affiliated businesses.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN preferred licensure in the state in which employment occurs.Seven years of recent clinical nursing experience.Previous case management experience.BSN preferred.Experience in sales/marketing preferred.Prior experience in utilization review or discharge preferred.Certifications: CCM, CRRN or CIRS preferred.
