Divisional Sales Trainer WANTED!
We are looking for Divisional Sales Trainer!
THE JOB DESCRIPTION:
The main focus of this at-will position will be as a sales trainer. The individual will be responsible for classroom training as well as individual training and coaching. The individual will be responsible for developing curriculum, presenting curriculum and creating training documents. They will also provide help as a backup trainer for other classes that relate to operations. Adheres to company mission and values.
Job Duties
Essential -
• Develop sales curriculum for new sales hires and existing sales representatives as needed.
• Present sales training.
• Develop training materials
• Provide coaching to new sales hires as well as existing sales representatives.
• Trainer for other classes that relate to operations including systems training.
• Create training assessment tools such as class activities, quizzes and role plays.
Skills:
Essential -
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated competency in MS Word, Publisher, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proven organizational skills.
Abilities:
Essential -
• Demonstrated history of successful sales experience.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Classroom and instructional presence.
Required Education:
Essential-
• Professional level of training experience in development of training documentation, presenting information, classroom instruction and sales training methods.
• 3 – 4 years sales experience, with at least 2 of those years in telephone sales.
