(EOE/M/F/V/D) Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or in a related field, or documented evidence of equivalent demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities. Must have at least five years’ experience in human resources and at least three years’ of training experience. Experience in a healthcare environment preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
