POSITION

 Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer Responsible for the supervision of approximately 55 FTEs within a five-bed operating room, eight-bed PACU, endoscopy and sterile processingQualified candidates must be registered nurses with leadership experience, and the ability to demonstrate success in OR efficiency.  AORN certification preferred. 

 

ORGANIZATION

 A 162-bed, Joint Commission accredited medical centerServices include pediatrics, obstetrics, an Arthritis Institute, 24-hour emergency room, urgent care center, rehabilitation, diabetes management and patient education opportunities, cardiac, as well as additional inpatient and outpatient services.This facility is part of a larger system and has adopted the IHI’s follow-up initiative, “The 5 Million Lives Campaign� and has also ranked among the Top 10% in the Nation for Joint Replacement Surgery for the previous three years
