We have an immediate openings for Director of Staff Development at our Sharon Care Center facility in Los Angeles, California.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Current LVN nursing licensure in California
Minimum two years of experience as a Director of Staff Development
Strong qualities of leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively
LTC experience preferred
Responsibilities will include:
Ensure staff proficiency and training initiatives are completed
Conduct general orientation and in-service training
Manage infection control tracking and related initiatives
Maintain nursing staff licensure and certification verification
Interview and selection process for licensed staff
