Director of Sales & Marketing

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246 Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Job duties include but are not limited to the following: *Serve as subsidiary company officer and member of Workers’Compensation Leadership team. *Ensure work is planned and executed to meet strategic and financial objectives. *Direct all activities related to sales and marketing of workers’ compensation products, including establishing strategic and tactical goals; performing market research; participating in design of products and incentive programs; designing and executing brand strategy, etc. *Direct diversification of distribution systems with focus on growing non-risk workers’ compensation administration programs. *Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities for developing relationships with strategic partners.Job Requirements: *10+ years relevant experience in marketing and sales, including 5 years in marketing management *Demonstrated experience in market research and market/customer segmentation *Experience with workers’ compensation and/or P&C insurance products and principles (Florida experience preferred) *Experience with public speaking *Experience with the development of marketing goals *Florida 220 Licensure (existing or the ability to secure) *Ability to travel Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills): *Experience with multiple distribution channels Please Click Here to ApplyIf you are interested in applying to this position, please click on the "Apply Now" link and follow these important steps: 1.  Log-in if you have an existing profile on the BCBSF website.
