The Director of Pharmacy participates in Medication Management processes through collaborative teamwork, interaction, and sharing with administration, physicians, nurses, department managers, and other team members.  As well as...  - Makes recommendations to management and staff for making the department successful.   - Sets goals, acts as the leader for P & T Committee and make recommendations in a collaborative team approach to accomplish organizations goals.    - Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, implementing, evaluating, recruiting staff, retaining staff, directing, budgeting and controlling the provision of services for the Pharmacy Department.This opportunity is located in a community that offers amenities of a large metropolitan city with a smaller community feel.
