Director of Pharmacy
Saint Peter's University Hospital, a highly respected 478-bed teaching hospital in Central, NJ, has an immediate opening for a Director of Pharmacy. In this position you will coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of drug formulary, pharmacy policies and procedures pertaining to medications as well as continuous quality improvement activities for pharmacy and drug usage evaluation program for medical staff. Will also prepare annual budget, maintain open communication with staff and engage in proactive quality programs. Must demonstrate positive behaviors, and align and support the hospital mission, vision, values and goals. Active NJ license and BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D required along with excellent leadership skills and ability to demonstrate a collaborative team approach. Prior hospital experience required.
