Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Dietetics, Food Science, Nutrition, Food Service Management, Institutional Management, or field relevant to function managed. Minimum 3 years progressive clinical or food service management experience. Registered Dietitian helpful.  Ability to be flexible, multi-task, detailed and timely. Must be completely customer and resident focused. Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Experience managing union employees helpful.
