Pennsylvania Hospital is proud to announce the creation of a brand new floor specifically designed for patients who are seeking premier services during their hospital stay similar to that of a high-class hotel. As the Director of this prestigious floor, you will have oversight over all non-clinical functions, day-to-day operations and administration of the Patient Facilitated Services Program, while managing the same high level services of a 5-star luxury hotel but in a hospital setting. As part of this rewarding role, you will manage concierge staff, work in conjunction with Support Services staff, and provide the highest standard of patient stay/patient care experience possible. The qualified candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills, be able to work effectively with all colleagues - clinical and administrative throughout the Health System, and a Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent years of experience. Demonstrated experience with customer service initiatives is essential. Luxury hotel management experience, supervisory experience and experience with program management, knowledge of development activities, and demonstrated experience with database systems are highly preferred.
