This fast paced facility has a high Medicare census due to our excellent rehab department and being connected to the local hospital. We have a Alzheimer unit and a step-up unit and we are conveniently located between Milwaukee and Madison. Manages overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all residents' needs.
