  Director of Marketing

 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing community-specific marketing strategies. As the Marketing Director, you will act as an advisor to the regional A.V.P. of Sales, Vice President of Operations, community Executive Directors and Sales Directors regarding all marketing and advertising strategies.  The Marketing Director communicates all community-specific lead trends or deficits to the A.V.P of Marketing and is responsible for adhering to the budgeted marketing plan.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

·  Working closely with the regional AVP of Sales, the Marketing Director will manage the development of strategic marketing plans for Classic Residence by Hyatt luxury senior living communities as assigned.

·  Direct the development of assigned communities’ annual marketing budgets.

·  Develop a cost-of-acquisition analysis prior to any budget/plan development.

·  Continually evaluate all current and historic lead source data.

·  Participate in quarterly strategic analysis meeting with Communities and Regional Team.

·  Participate in the S.W.O.T analysis process - ensure that all pertinent findings are threaded through all marketing initiatives.

·  Participate in the executive budget review – communicating business objectives with relevant members of the marketing team.

·  Work with Marketing Manger to ensure accurate recording of marketing costs in the REPS system.

·  Direct the media agency in identifying advertising opportunities that meet strategic goals of the communities.

·  Ensure that all marketing materials align with the corporate brand standards.

·  Track all monthly spending against budget.

·  Manage the quarterly accounting true-up process.

 

The ideal candidate will posses:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline

·  Minimum of 10 years with a corporate marketing department or advertising agency

·  Experience in developing print, direct mail, FSI, radio and video

·  Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory responsibility

·  Proficient in Excel and Power Point; ability to learn MS Project

·  Must have excellent project management, communication and organizational skills

·  Must excel at building consensus and relationships
