Immediate full-time opportunity for a professional and detail-oriented Director of Maintenance for an established provider of senior retirement and assisted living. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant including the building, grounds and all engineering. Although this is a supervisory position, the selected individual will be a working manager.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of related, supervisory experience

* HVAC certification

* Team player

* Experience in drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

This position contributes to safety organization through proper maintenance of entire property and overall productivity level of the facility. Strong customer service skills are necessary through timely, friendly, and accurate follow-through for all work orders.
