Who we need!
Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice is seeking a experienced and dynamic Director of Hospice in Olympia. Primary responsibilities will include: providing oversight of the day-to-day operations of the facility/agency; for ensuring the quality of care provided; for promoting cost-effective delivery of care; for representing the facility/agency to other professionals in the community; for determining possible directions new program development; and for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This position helps to define and achieve facility/agency goals and objectives, including maximizing the financial viability. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems. Required Skills:
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or other related field. Master’s preferred.

Experience: Two to Five years experience as a Hospice professional; prefer hospice or community health experience, and three years recent experience in management/supervision of a home services facility/agency.

Licensure/Certifications: Current appropriate licensure in the state of Washington.
