The Sisters of Notre Dame are currently seeking a Director of Healthcare for the 135 member province centered in Park Hills, KY.  The Director will be responsible for the management of the 35-bed long-term and assisted living unit, and for providing consultative/preventative care for our active and retired women religious.

 

Seeking candidates with experience and competence in: managing the health/illness status of geriatric persons; leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; promoting an environment characterized by caring, advocacy, knowledge of ethics and professional standards; and, negotiating within healthcare delivery systems on behalf of the community members.

 

Education/experience requirements: Clinical Nurse Practitioner with a focus in gerontology or a Masters Prepared RN with a certificate in gerontology.  Three to five years management experience is required.
