Responsibilites include project management, vendor selection/supervision; regulatory compliance (including NYS DOH), preventive and corrective maintenance; plus oversight of departmental operating & capital planning and budgets.
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years' senior level facilities management experience including bkgnd in healthcare setting required. Must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7. Forward resume with cover letter indicating salary requirement, to:
