Director of Community Relations duties: Pre-qualifying residents Identify needs and goals of potential customers Recommend housing solutions Match customer needs with community aspects Maintain contacts Assess potential residents to determine the level of care needed.Director of Community Relations requirements: Previous sales / admissions experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or independent/assisted living industry Proven track record in closing a sale Affinity for working with the senior population PC proficiency and highly developed communication/interpersonal skills are essential.
