Select Specialty Hospital offers a variety of services for patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.

 

Select Specialty Hospital in CAmp Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a

Director of Clinical Services (DCS)

to lead their interdisciplinary team of RNs, PTs, OTs and SLPs.

This key position requires a positive energetic professional who will report directly to the CEO.  The DCS will design, implement and evaluate patient care programs and requires exceptional skill in staff development, fiscal responsibility and quality outcomes.  BSN required with three years management experience and current RN licensure. Critical care experience a definite plus.
