DIRECTOR of CLIENTS SERVICES

We provide Payment Integrity Auditing, Health Outcomes Improvement Services (including HEDIS® and other retrospective and prospective health outcomes studies), Health Advocacy Programs (chronic condition and disease management support), and a full suite of health information technology services (ODIS iTools™).
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will lead key client relationships, define preferred business models, and manage the Client Services projects and related programs. The Director is the primary client contact for adherence programs and is responsible for providing solutions that proactively exceed client expectations. The Director will lead internal teams and ensures that all program objectives are met or exceeded. Likely candidates will come from healthcare consulting or a Health Plan holding a management position.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or finance required, Masters Degree (MBA) highly desired;
Demonstrated experience in working with Managed Care organizations;
Minimum of (5) to (10) years combined management and project management experience;
Demonstrated strong customer service and presentation abilities;
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills a must;
Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to generate adequate return on investment;
Experience with HEDIS or Medicare managed care preferred;
Computer proficiency (MS Office) capabilities; and
Extensive data analysis experience; advanced Excel skills required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to problem solve on a complex level and identify and analyze work-related issues in a systematic and timely manner;
Ability to recruit, train, and manage an effective, high caliber account management team;
Demonstrate strong analytical skills; the ability to find solutions to problems through data analytics and to present findings and recommendations at an executive level;
Ability to promote cooperation and team work among internal and external stakeholders;
Possesses superior interpersonal (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to interact and work with staff at all levels;
Possesses the knowledge and understanding of medical claims systems and the claims adjudication process, including knowledge of medical terminology;
Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients by building trust and offering value;
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments effectively. Is deadline oriented;
Ability to balance and adjust resources as priorities change;
Ability to evaluate plan effectiveness and adjust as necessary;
Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments;
Skilled in leadership techniques; serves as a model of ethics and integrity;
Proven computer proficiency with MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook);
Ability to take an initiative, be pro-active and to follow through on all levels of projects, practices, and procedures;
May require travel up to 20%.
