Every three seconds, someone needs blood. That’s 1,200 times an hour. This amazing demand for blood makes our services priceless. Each year, CBCSF collects over 250,000 pints of blood and blood products for hospital and kidney dialysis patients.

DIRECTOR IN TRAINING – DONOR SERVICES

 

In this role, you will learn all facets of managing a donor services department for a CBCSF collection area. 

 Minimum 3 years of Phlebotomy/training experience. Previous management experience a plus. Ability to follow FDA guidelines. Excellent detail, organizational and computer skills. Some college is preferred.

Salary starting at $50K/year along with opportunity to earn performance based bonuses after you complete training and are managing a donor services department.  We offer an outstanding benefits package.
