JOB DESCRIPTION They seek a talented Director of Perioperative Services to lead the surgery service line. The individual will be responsible for overseeing surgical services at both of their campuses. Areas include Pre-Admission, Operating Suites, PACU, Day Surgery and Endoscopy Centers. As Director the individual will also be responsible for expanding services, quality initiatives, physician relationships and nursing practice. He/she will work collaboratively with other key leaders in the organization to successfully meet the goals and mission of the organization. Also, the Director will also be responsible for very experienced and dedicated managers, clinical leaders, educators and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is enthusiastic and thinks outside of the box. QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate must have the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Nursing, a Master’s Degree is a plusProgressive leadership responsibilities and good management skillsStrong clinical experience in the perioperative service line.Excellent relationship skills and vision for the future.
