Director, Human Resources

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for managing the overall department operations with direct responsibility for recruitment and employment, including physician recruitment, associate relations, management development, policy maintenance and compliance and Volunteer Services. Supervises up to 4 FTE’s of professional staff. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. SPHR or PHR certification preferred. Seven to ten years progressively responsible experience in an exempt Human Resources role including demonstrated management skills with a background in employment and associate/labor relations.
