DIRECTOR OFNURSINGStow-Glen Health Care Center is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing for our 100-bed dually skilled nursing facility. Qualified candidate will be an RN, knowledgeable of State and Federal Regulations, MDS process, understand the financial needs, and have the ability to lead a dedicated team of long-term employees who work a set schedule. Must have strong leadership skills and believe that the quality of our care is essential to our residents. Expectation is that the DON will oversee and lead the Nurses and STNAs. DON and Administrator work closely as a team to develop policies and lead the nursing home. Exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, paid vacation, 401K and more!
