JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8A-5P; Days of work: Mon-Fri SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the delivery of the highest quality care and service in a cost effective manner within the departments Southwest Family Medicine Center, East Main Family Medicine Center, and the Out-Patient Clinic in collaboration with the medical directors and under the direction of the VP, Medical Education, Quality and Patient Safety. REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree (or actively pursuing) in Healthcare or MBA or related degree AND a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure in the State of Ohio. Specialized Knowledge: Specialized knowledge of Ambulatory Care Issues. Knowledgeable in fiscal management, project management and goal-setting. Computer skills. Kind and Length of Experience: Five years management experience in an ambulatory setting.
