The Care Supervisor will coordinate and supervise all aspects of resident care and staffing, work closely with Home Care and Supportive Living staff and work within all relevant legislation. The position involves working closely with residents, families, external stakeholders and the Executive Director of Summerwood Village. If you are a natural coach, highly organized, have high standards for professionalism, and can build truly caring relationships with people, we invite you to apply.
The Care Supervisor must possess the ability to work under pressure and have experience supervising staff and coordinating care and schedules. Active LPN registration, proactive thinking skills, good computer skills and decisive decision making abilities are required.
